• Is the first consultation really free?
  Yes. We will review your situation and give you an honest initial assessment at no charge. If we cannot help you, we will say so — and suggest who might.
• Do I need to be in China to work with you?
  No. We work with international clients entirely remotely. All communication is in English via email, video call or messaging. We appear on your behalf in China.
• How quickly can you take on an urgent matter?
  For time-sensitive situations — such as an impending asset transfer or an enforcement deadline — contact us via Telegram for same-day response. We can mobilise quickly when needed.
• What are your fees?
  We offer hourly rates, fixed fees for defined scopes, and success-fee components in appropriate cases. We will propose a clear fee arrangement at the outset — no hidden charges.
• What languages do you work in?
  All client communication is conducted in English. Internal filings, court documents and correspondence with Chinese parties are handled in Chinese by our team.
• Can you help if the dispute is already in court or arbitration?
  Yes. We frequently take over ongoing matters mid-stream — including cases already filed, cases where an award has been obtained but enforcement is needed, or situations where prior counsel has not delivered results.
• Is my information kept confidential?
  Absolutely. All information you share is subject to professional legal secrecy under Chinese and international bar standards. We will never disclose your matter without your authorisation.
